Individual Coaching + Thought Partnership
Coaching for executive, emerging, and aspiring leaders — especially those seeking a seat at the table and are committed to equity and change. I specialize in supporting women of color, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, first-generation, neurodiverse, and disabled leaders. Together, we create a plan to build persistence, confidence, and self-efficacy. Engagements typically include 6–12 sessions over 3–6 months.

Collaborating with teams to clarify goals, align strategies, and deliver purposeful, results-driven sessions. My approach integrates organizational and relationship systems thinking with a restorative, trauma-informed lens. Individual coaching is also available.
